She ended up just spending the night at her young friend, Lexi's house. She had no idea why she was so attached to this girl who acted even younger than fourteen but she was. She had a slight idea but she wasn't certain. She did know that this girl was freaking talented. "You're very talented, Kitty Monster" she said, sending her friend a small wink. She slipped on her dress, shoes and let Lexi help with her make up. She was going to return the favor as well.
The timing was absolutely perfect, as always when it was dealing with Mackenzie Lee Anderson. Also known as, Luna's best friend. She would go through hell and back just because she cared that much. Anyway, she heard the door rang and she smiled, she wasn't worried that he was just taking her out to the dance just to get under her dress. Not like she really worried about that anymore, she was use to that sort of treatment.
She opened the door, moving a piece of her bangs that had fallen in her face, "Good evening, Mac." she said, looking up to him. She gave him a look up and down, "You clean up nice." she said, with a slight smile. She was never really good at giving compliments but she had came a long way from how she use to give them.

Hearing her words he smiled and said "Thank you." then added "You look really pretty.". She did. Mac smiled and said "Shall we go? And walking next to her into this car with a smile on his face. He wondered what homecoming would be like. He figured if he should go and what better person to go with then his bestfriend? Mac was enjoying America, he was passing all of his classes because they were much easier here then in Italy. The standards were lower and the kids here were pretty much stupid, for the most part. He had been in a girl named Mia's Algebra class until the girl had gotten moved into Honors Algebra. The girl was very good, witty and very smart. polyvore doesn't have many suit stuff...sorry. |

Luna flushed under his observation over the dress, she felt that she looked silly. Nothing fit her how she thought things she be fitted. Worthless and destroyed through the years of her normal home life. Time to ignore that, pretend that she was having a fabulous time. She was pretty good at doing so, she had her life to do it. It was the only thing that she felt like she was good at, besides destroying her outer self through varies things. The power of make up was allowing her skin to appear flawless. It was such a lie but her skin was never flawless, something was always wrong with it but that didn't matter. That was normal, right?
Nodding at his question and following him to the car, she got in and started nibbling her bottom lip. "You're welcome." she smiled, then hearing the compliment directed towards her way. She had to fight every fiber of her being to say the one little word that she spoke, "Thanks." Of course, she didn't believe it. She smiled back at him, waiting for them to arrive at the homecoming dance. She had never been to a dance without dressing like a total slut. That was the only way her father would let her outside the house so she was use to it. But she could be looking like a normal teenage girl in church clothes and she would still get messed with.
Luna had already thought that she was pretty intelligent and America just upgraded that known factor. She drank to ease her mind. It was something that she could do to forget who she was for that amount of time. d r e s s is h e r e

as they drove to homecoming, mac wondered how this would go still. he passed by cars full of teenagers dressed in their slutty outfits and mac smiled. luna looked nice. she didn't look all that slutty in her opinion. she looked nice, as always. when they actually pulled up to the homecoming dance, mac got out, walked over and opened her door. this wasn't all that odd, mac was a nice guy, mac was a gentlemen who would open the door, press the elevator button for you and overall be polite to you..which was something most americans didn't have down just yet. mac hoped that they would soon learn.

Luna Renee wasn't use to wearing fancy dresses, even if Lexi made this one specifically to fit onto her fragile body that has been able to handle a lot without clasping. As they were arriving at the homecoming, she glanced around and almost felt over-dress. Jaded Luna started coming out in her head, making her feel like she wasn't worth coming to this type of thing. However, on the outside, she kept a smile placed on her lips making it appear like she was excited to be at the American dance. She almost got out but before she opened the door, she noticed that Mac was already opening it for her. She smiled, and stepped out of the vehicle. She hooked arms with him and walked towards the entrance to the dance. "I don't remember if we voted before the dance or now.." she trailed, slightly confused. d r e s s is h e r e

"We're going to when we get there." Mac shrugged "I guess.". Mac drove silently not really sure what else he should do. He was in a pretty good mood and was currently driving. "Who are you going to vote for?" He asked. Princess and Prince were the bottom ones and the top people were Queen and King. The queen and king were normally upperclassmen but sometimes some freshman could shock them. The princess and prince were normally underclassmen. When Mac pulled into the parking lot he shut off the car, got out, walked to her side and opened the door for her. His thoughts were pretty clear. When they made it inside he glanced around then looked at Luna. She looked pretty.
ooc sorry it sucks.
