Walking into the diner around the corner from his new apartment Aidenn Peirce surveyed the room carefully, taking in the sights and sounds. He carefully observed the people deciding instantly whom he thought would be friendly enough to greet. As he walked to the end of the room he glanced past a girl with shimmering blue eyes. He stopped and took a second glance before taking his seat. The waitress walked up and handed him a menu, then asked politley "Would you like some coffee, sir?."
"Yea that sounds great actually," he said with a gentle smile, "Some cream and sugar too please?" The waitress grinned and walked away. Aidenn turned the menu over and opened it. As he was reading, footsteps interrupted his train of thought, and thinking it was the waitress he placed his order. Then to the sound of a tapping toe he looked slowly up into those same shimmering blue eyes from before.

Cara didn't think that their was much to her, she had just started calling herself beautiful again. Man, that was one messy break up and it ripped her a new view set on what to look for in a guy. She found out the hard way that a guy that viewed himself above her is not what she was looking for but anyway, she was dressed in a pair of jeans, random t-shirt and a pair of converses. It was her normal, not looking to hook up with someone.
Sitting in the diner of New York, New York, who would have thought that she would end up here. But food was a need but she wasn't really hungry and ordered her coffee, sugar and creamer. It was just better that way. Bitter coffee was like against the law. She took a sip of her drink, looking up from her notebook to see a new face or was it a familiar face from school. She didn't really know or cared at that point, all that mattered was what was happening now.
Picking up her notebook, pencil and coffee cup, she casually walked over towards the guy as butterflies filled her stomach. But she didn't wish that they was dead. She slightly tapped her foot, while clearing her through till he looked up at her. "Hey, how're you?" she asked, adding, "I'm Cara, and yours?" she smiled, she could just start spamming him with random questions but she might as well see what he had to bring to the table.

Aidenn smiled at the beautiful girl standing in front of him. Then became slightly flustered with himself for assuming she was the waitress. Then became annoyed because he hadn't even looked up to make sure. "How unobservant. You know better than that" he thought to himself. Composing himself quickly he stood and extended his hand in greeting.
"I'm doing alright I guess, thanks. May I ask your name?" The girl replied with Cara. "Fitting," He thought to himself. "Mine is Aidenn, I just moved here if you can't already tell," he said chuckling, "Looks like you beat me to the punch. I was just pondering over how to approach you. Saves me time though." He looked deeply into her eyes and simple thoughts about how her voice chimed, her eyes, and how perfect her lips were flooded his brain. He was certain that he was about to convulse from the magnitude of it.
"But since you already took the liberty of greeting from me, allow me the simple pleasure of telling you exactly how beautiful you are. Its honestly stunning me right now. I'm at a loss for the exact words to use. And that's saying something really." Peirce spoke carefully, taking his time to choose his words perfectly for her. "Please have a seat. I could use someone to talk to," He gestured to the small booth where he had been seated.

Cara was softly biting the bottom of her lip while the feeling of his eyes locked on hers, it was making her the center of his attention. Not that she mind that much, or at all, really. It was adding to her ego that had been building back up since her previous boyfriend. She had most of her weight on the right side of body, the basic girl move but she really didn't care. She glanced down at the movement at his hand, and grasped it, shaking his hand and letting go pulling away.
hmm he's attractive. she thought, while exchanging words with him. Then she heard his name, Aidenn, interesting then she heard her question so she softly bit her lip, "Not really. Well welcome to New York City." she said, with a slight tease to the tone of her voice. She listened to him and let out a soft giggle, "It does. I win." she said with a sly smirk, this was nice. She just hoped that he wouldn't turn out like the other guys in her past. Guys that didn't fuck up her head would be nice. Well a guy, since all she needed was one guy to change her world.
Feeling her cheeks get pretty warm at the direct comment towards her outer beauty, it got to her and she really didn't know why but she liked it. "Well seems like you have a handle on your words. I'd help you but like I said, you have a good grip on them already." she replied, adding, "And you're pretty attractive yourself." she noticed that part of her bangs fell into her face, she gently brushed them behind her ear.
Hearing him tell her to take a seat, nicely, she slipped in the available sit across him. "Well now that i'm accompanying you. So are you going to college or work somewhere?" she replied to him.

Aidenn took his seat opposite Cara and smiled gently at her. "She doesn't seem too bad, and god she's gorgeous when she's blushing," he thought to himself, "I wonder." He looked gently into her eyes, searching for a giveaway. "I'm here for college. This is actually my first day in town. I moved into the apartments around the corner and came down here to check out the local 'wildlife' so to speak," Aidenn spoke, "I wanted to find out what type of people I'd be living around. I'm from the south so I kinda want to be around nice friendly people since most people down there at least act nice and friendly in your face."
The waitress came back up and presented Aidenn with his coffee. He politely thanked the girl and smiled. He then began to put sugar and cream into his coffee. "So what about you? Where do you stand in this world currently? What's going on in your life? Job, school, other such activities?" He stirred his coffee and then placed the spoon a good distance to the side without removing his eyes from hers.
Aidenn slowly sipped on his coffee as he listened to Cara speak. He watched how her lips moved and the gestures that she made, reading body language was second nature to him. He listened very carefully to her voice, the way in resounded, that it shook a little while she was nervous, that it got higher while she blushed. She was beautiful to him.

Cara listen to what the fellow gentleman was saying and towards the end, her blush deepened a little, "Not everyone's nice, just a selective few but thank you. Nice to see some southern charm, I can see how these southern bells like it so much." she replied to him.
Taking a sip of her coffee, as she watched the interaction between the strange gentleman and the waitress. She was sure the waitress was trying her damn hardest to get his full on attention, how cute. Hearing his series of questions made her raise her eyebrow a little and thought, man, this dude can talk. and stopped nibbling at her lip, "I'm going to college, i do some activities but no job, sadly." she answered his series of questions. She also noticed that his movements were done without him even taking his eyes away from hers. Which made her blush deepen.
`not done
