The night was young and the moon was high. It shone down on the sidewalk, lighting Zephyr O'Malley's path as she walked through the town, a joint placed perfectly in her hand and occasionally to her full, pink lips. A small breeze covered the area, pushing her blond curls away from her face a bit and Zephyr found a smile forming on her lips. The night was perfect. Everything about it was making her mood better. Not to mention the bud that kept her calm leaving her in a good mood. She could tell that tonight was going to be good, just because of the elements around her. A moonlit path, a cool breeze, some good green and eventually, a friend to share it all with.
Too bad she couldn't think of exactly who she wanted to share the moment with. It seemed that all the friends she had in mind were not who she particularly wanted to share her time with. As bad as she knew it sounded, she wanted someone new and not someone she could predict. In her hazel eyes, the night needed to be unpredictable so why not have her partner in crime be the same way?
After a moment, the blond came to a pause. She leaned her thin frame against the street lamp and took a long hit from the joint. She hummed as the feeling of pure chill took over her, and then proceeded to pull her cell phone out. Scrolling through her contacts, the teen frowned. She had seen every name before and she had known good time with each of the people but she was picky. None of them were what she wanted at the moment.
Shoving the phone in her pocket again, Zephyr looked around. Was there anyone else around who was enjoying the night as much as she was. If son, then they weren't very safe because she was going to hunt them down and attempt to steal them away from their own solitude to join her in an adventure, because honestly, who didn't like surprises?

Luna Renee wish should could miss Italy as much as she was guessing Mackenzie did, she didn't like the fact that she took him from his home. It was much more happier than hers, she also was very scared at school and home and was never felt like she was safe. That was until she was around Mac, he was her best friend and she adored that he did everything he could to make her smile. And it wasn't just a one way street, she was her sweetest around him and she has snapped at him. It was complicated to describe their full friendship in one sitting, it was just they was there for each other.
It was night-time and her bruises from Italy had finally healed up so she slipped on a blue tank top, along with slipping on a black hoodie and a pair of dark washed blue jeans. This was all along her dark tormented brown eyes but she had learned very fast to keep her emotions hidden to where everyone thought she was happy and smiles all the time since she was pretty nice until you gave her a reason to be.
She slipped out the house with very little words to anyone, everyone realized that she needed night walks to clear her head or to stop thinking about her past. She was also sure to grab her stereo-foam cup filled with vodka and gator-aid, at least some of it was healthy. Not really. She walked along the side-walk down the little neighborhood of Selena's cousins house, the would have to be the only family member that she got along with out of Selena's family. Selena's father scared the hell out of her, now that she thought about it, she was uneasy around almost all the males. But it wasn't their fault, nope.
Lu took out of phone and answered one time to her old friend, Zachary but would never tell him where she went. All he knew was that she left and she knew her family was searching for her to punish her. And soon she would have to get a new number and never speak to Zachary again. Was she okay with that? yes, cause he could be a major butt at times and for about a month, he was a problem.
She shoved her phone in her back-pocket, that was on vibrate but hardly ever went off since she was nice but not that popular, well that's what she thought. She was a paranoid person when walking around like this, she was always scared that something bad would happen but she continued to do this because it was the only thing that could really calm her down besides a blade and she had already done that and was hiding it.
That's when she saw one of the girls from the little Tye dye sisterhood or whatever they decided to call it. She walked up, "Hey Zeppy Dear." she said, using the nickname she gave her and not the real full name since she didn't want to miss pronounce it.

Just as Zephyr was ready to give up and head back home, maybe to tye dye a t-shirt or something, she heard a nickname that she had never heard out loud. Quickly, she turned her head to meet with the brown eyes of a girl she had met online. She recognized the picture icon and a smile reformed on her pink lips. "Hey! Luna, right? Sorry, never met you outside of the online community." she said with a small laugh as she approached the girl. She eyed her, taking in the visual portion of their first meeting. Luna was a very pretty girl, a bit thinner than Zephyr was but definitely not too thin and her dark hair was almost perfectly contrasted against the lightness of her skin.
"What brings your lovely self out this evening?" she asked, though it was really only around seven o clock. She supposed that everyone had a reason for being out and about though. She herself was just bored and looking for something to do and on a friday night, there had to be something to do.
Being Zephyr, she was looking for some sort of hippie adventure. Her parents had been protesters of the government and had traveled the country with nothing but the clothes on their backs and their guitar cases. Zeph hadn't been graced with their natural talent in instruments but she was a phenomenal singer and that had gotten her a few places. She would take a jar some places and sing for tips then take the cash and hitch hike to someplace spectacular. Sure, it was illegal and dangerous but she figured that she could either try to let herself trust strangers again or stay hidden at home like some scared little girl. Anyone who knew Zephyr knew that she was not the scared little girl.
Casually, she made her way towards a bench and took a seat, motioning for Luna to take a seat as well. "It's a great night out. We should definitely do something exciting." she said, simply. She was definitely an upfront person about these things. Then again, Zephyr Phoenix O'Malley didn't really know how to be any other way.

Luna noticed Zephyr turned around and heard her little shock to see that she was out, though it wasn't late. Considering how bad her home life got, she was often found on the streets for a little piece of escape but that never got her away from other peoples torcher. She kept telling herself that she's suppose to be use to it by now, she glanced up at her, "Yes, it's Luna and now you have." she replied, with a small smile. She figured that she would be most recognizable because of her foreign accent but it was whatever. She liked that Zeppy looked like a pretty hippy. It was cute.
She heard her question and let out a soft laugh, "It's not that late but i needed to find something relaxing." she answered, with a small shrug of her shoulders.
Noticing that she sat down on the bench and motioned for her to take a seat next to her, she just followed what she was told, like always. She never liked the consequences other wise, in fact she was playing the most recent in her head. The very one that pushed her towards leaving her home and coming here. She knew it would be tough and that there was a chance that she and her best friend, Mackenzie would be homeless but at least, she would be more safer away from her parents.
"Maybe we should smoke something, that seems more fun than just sitting here and talking." she said, trying to keep the conversation from where she came from. Those questions usually lead to awkward answers and meaningless answers saying that Italy was okay. She displayed Italy better than what she thought of it, it wasn't the countries fault, persay it was her parents fault...well mostly it was her sperm donors fault.

Relaxation. Now there was something Zephyr knew a lot about. And with Luna's suggestion about smoking, Zephyr was ready to cooperate. "Well," she began, "I know where we could score some really good green if you wanted to come get it with me. My treat. i got my pipe ready to go and we can just smoke ourselves silly and have a blast. What do you say?" she offered, a bright smile on her face.
Luna didn't have any time to answer though, because Zephyr's speedy fingers were already accelerating towards seeking out the green. Her nimble fingers scrolled through her contacts until she landed on the name Sparky. A smile appeared across her pink lips as she typed out the message. "Sparky! Hey, do you by chance have any of your amazingggggg bud for sale? I have a friend looking to relax and you are def my go to guy? Help a sister out?" Send.
Seconds later, she got a reply. "Hey Zeph. You know I have the hook up. I got a g for you if you want it. 20. Same as always." Zephyr pondered, reaching into her pocket to check her wallet. She had thirty, which meant 20 for the bud and 10 for a huge slurpee afterwards. Her green eyes drifted to skinny little Luna sitting beside her. "This is what I got for ya. Best bud in town, guaranteed. We'd have to walk a mile or so to meet my friend but he's got it ready for us if you want. What do you say? And then we can walk around and get slurpees and go play at the park and just have a blast. Sound fun?" she eagerly addressed Luna. If she was down then one more text would be sent and the fun would begin.
